Veg Manchurian Gravy Recipe - Chinese starter Veg Manchurian Recipe




Veg Manchurian

Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala
2) 2 cups grated cabbage
3) 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
4) 1 tsp chopped ginger
5) ¼ cup besan
6) Salt to taste
7) Oil for deep frying
8) 1 cup of diced vegetables (onions, capsicum, carrot)
9) 2 cups (300ml) water
10) Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Method:
For the Manchurian balls: 
Take 2 cups grated cabbage & squeeze the water from it. 
In a bowl mix cabbage, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, besan (gram flour) & salt to taste. Make small balls & deep fry on a low flame till golden brown. Keep aside

Step 1
Add Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala to 2 cups water & mix well.

Step 2
Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry diced vegetables for 2-3 minutes & add Manchurian Balls

Step 3
Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring to boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes. 
Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.

Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe in Hindi | शेजवान फ्राइड राइस | Schezwan Fried Rice | Chinese Fried Rice




 Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
2) 4 tbsp. of oil
3) 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, french beans, etc)
4) 6 cups of boiled rice (leftover rice from last night's dinner is perfect / bacche huye chawal)
5) Chopped spring onions for garnishing

Method:
Step 1

Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry chopped vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2
Add boiled rice to the vegetables.

Step 3
Add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot. Your Schezwan Fried Rice is ready. 

CHILLI PANEER -Easy & Quick CHILLI PANEER




Paneer Chilli

Ingredients:
1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala 
2) 2 tbsp. of oil
3) 200g of paneer cubes
4) 100g of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot)
5) 1 slit green chilli
6) 2 cups (300ml) water
5) Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Method:
Step 1
Add Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala to 2 cups of water & mix well. keep aside.

Step 2
Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry  paneer cubes, diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) & 1 slit green chilli (add more if you want it spicy) for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3
Add masala mixture & stir well. Bring to a boil & simmer for 2-3 minutes. For thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 minutes. 
Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot.

Veg Chowmein Recipe - How to make Chowmein in Chinese Style




Chowmein

Ingredients:
1) 2 packs of Ching’s Secret Veg Hakka Noodles (boiled as per cooking instruction on the pack)
2) 4 tbsp oil
3) 4 cups sliced (julienned) vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion)
4) 1 packet Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala
5) 2 tbsp water
6) Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Method:
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped vegetables of your choice for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2
Add boiled Hakka Noodles to the vegetables. 

Step 3
Add Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala, sprinkle some water. Mix well and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Your Chowmein is ready! Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.

Schezwan Chowmein Recipe- Quick & Easy homemade Schezwan Chowmein Chinese Noodles Recipe




Schezwan Chowmein

1.      Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

2.      Add 2 cups julienned vegetables of your choice (carrot, onions, capsicum, cabbage, etc) and cook for 1-2 minutes keeping the vegetables crunchy enough.

3.      Add 1 pack boiled Chings Veg Hakka Noodles (boil as per the instructions on the pack).

4.      Add 2-3 tbsp Ching’s Schezwan Chutney and mix well. (no need to add any salt, spice or sauces).

5.      Cook for 2 minutes and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot and serve with some extra Ching’s Schezwan Chutney in a bowl.
